Valvoline returns to Supercars
Valvoline are coming back to Supercars. The global lubricant brand best known for their 30+ year association with Garry Rogers Motorsport (GRM) in V8 Supercars will become an official partner of the Repco Supercars Championship from 2025. This will be the first year in a multi-year deal between Valvoline and Australia’s premier motorsport category.
Ahead of the official partnership kicking off, Valvoline served as Official Oil Partner for the VAILO Adelaide 500, the final round of this year’s Repco Supercars Championship season.
Michelle Brewin, Valvoline Global Vice President Asia/Pacific, is looking forward to adding new chapters to the company’s long history in Australian motorsport.
“Valvoline Global has supported teams in Supercars since the start,” Brewin said. “To win in Supercars, you need to innovate and perform under the most challenging conditions. Valvoline products have been delivering on those needs for more than 150 years.
“We are proud of our long-term partnerships in Supercars, and we know this category has some of the closest and most intense racing in the world.
“Like our customers, we are motor racing fans, too. And we love the thrill of competition. As we expand our partnership with Supercars in 2025 and beyond, we look forward to supporting the drivers and teams, together with our customers at other Valvoline Global-sponsored races.”
Jamie Black, Supercars GM, Commercial, also expressed his enthusiasm about the new partnership.
“Valvoline Global’s return to Supercars as an official partner is an exciting development for the sport,” Black said. “It’s an historic brand with a legacy of innovation, which perfectly aligns with Supercars’ pursuit of excellence and thrilling competition.
“We are delighted to work with Valvoline Global and bring together two brands that are passionate about motorsport and committed to pushing boundaries.”
