CMR 1:18 scale 1970/71 Porsche 917K - Prestige Collectables
Part of the extensive CMR model range, this Porsche 917K is a replica of the ‘kurzheck’ (short tail) endurance racer campaigned by John Wyer Automotive Engineering in the 1970-71 Can Am season, specifically the 6 Hours of Watkins Glen with drivers Brian Redman (1970) and Derek Bell (1971).
Finished in the iconic Gulf Oil blue and orange colours, this 1:18 scale diecast model features rolling wheels and front wheel steering. Fine details include seats with seat belts, windscreen wiper, head/tail light lenses and Firestone lettered tyres. A presentation stand and decal sheet with racing numbers (6 and 93) are included.
