rechromed, I brought in from British Colombia this is rechromed bumper, I bought from a chrome shop that specializes in bumpers a pretty normal procedure back there as all pickups and most cars have chrome bumpers, I have never unwrapped the part. There are no rubber bits cant get much of a picture as its all wrapped up.
